Is FLC really free?
Yes. Every feature is free for everyone and will stay that way. There is no premium version and nothing is locked. Donations are voluntary and unlock nothing.
Where do I download FLC?
On this site's Download page, which links to the official GitHub release (0.8.1.1). No other site has an official FLC download.
Does it work on the official realms?
FLC 0.8.1.1 was tested with game client 1.60.1.70755, the one Battle.net installs today, on our own development server. Nothing has been checked on the official realms yet, so quest data that is not confirmed says "in review". If the game shows something else, report it with /flc review.
What does "in review" or (?) mean?
That piece of data (a step, a position, a boss ability) is not confirmed against the live game yet. If the game shows something else, report it with /flc review. If it matches, that helps too.
Does FLC need other addons?
No. TomTom is optional. If you use ElvUI, NDui, RealUI, SpartanUI or GW2 UI, FLC can adapt its look to it.
Does FLC send my data anywhere?
No. An addon cannot send anything out of the game. Party Mode shares quest progress only with your group, only after you agree (/flc share yes), and only for the quests involved.
Does FLC play for me?
No. It shows you where to go and what to do. You walk, fight and choose. It never moves your character or clicks for you.
Can I use it in Spanish?
Yes. FLC's interface is in English and Spanish, tested in the game client. Quest and NPC names are included in ten languages; a full run on a Spanish game client is still pending.
How do I report a problem?
Type /flc bug or /flc review in the game, copy the text, and paste it on our reports page. Everything is explained on the Report an issue page.
Is FLC made by Blizzard?
No. FLC is an independent fan project, not affiliated with or endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment.
Why are there no boss timers?
The game does not show boss casts to addons. FLC tells you what each ability does and to whom, but it cannot time them.
